Where we deliver, what it costs, how long it takes, and the import charges your country may add. Orders are dispatched by our supplier partners, not from a warehouse of our own.

Where we deliver
We deliver to most countries worldwide. Our main destinations are the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe. If we cannot deliver to your address, checkout will tell you before you pay.
We cannot deliver to countries or regions under UK or international sanctions, and some couriers do not deliver to certain remote areas or forwarding addresses. If that affects your order we will contact you and refund you in full.
How orders are dispatched
ECG HOME does not run its own warehouse. When you place an order, it is passed to our supplier partners, who pack it and hand it to a courier. Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Your items may be sent from a country other than your own, and an order with several items can arrive in more than one parcel.
When your order is dispatched we email you, with tracking details where the courier provides them.
Delivery charges and times
Delivery is charged once per order and shown at checkout before you pay. Charges are set in US dollars; if you have chosen another currency the amount is converted in the same way as our prices.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, public holidays and courier delays can add time. If your order has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, contact us and we will trace it and, if it cannot be found, send a replacement or refund you.
Import duties, taxes and handling fees
Because orders ship internationally, your country may charge import VAT or sales tax, customs duty, or a courier handling fee when the parcel arrives. These charges are not included in our prices or delivery charges unless checkout says otherwise, and they are set by your country's authorities, not by us.
- United Kingdom: depending on the value of the parcel, import VAT and any duty may be collected by the courier before delivery.
- European Union: import VAT is usually collected by the courier on delivery. Since 1 July 2026 the EU also applies a customs duty to low-value parcels, which the courier may collect at the same time.
- United States and Canada: duty, taxes or brokerage fees may apply depending on the value of the order and the rules in force at the time.
ECG HOME IMPROVEMENTS LIMITED is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added by us at checkout. If you refuse to pay import charges and the parcel is returned to the sender, we will refund the price of the items once the parcel comes back, less the original delivery charge and any return charge the courier bills us.
Damaged or missing parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, or an item is missing, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the parcel and its contents. We will send a replacement or refund you, including delivery. See Returns & refunds.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away. We can correct it until the order is dispatched; after that it may not be possible.
